new lump under arm

i am currently going thru chemo for breast cancer. i found a new lump under my arm about 2 weeks ago. dr said its not fluid and wants to watch it. im worried to death about. my lymph nodes came back negative. they only did a sentinal node biopsy. the dr said he thought it was a lymph node thats angry but not sure. has any one else experienced this. what are the chances it could be cancer again.
