Recurrent Medullary breast cancer??

I was diagnosed in 2008 with a 3 cm Medullary triple neg tumor in my breast, my lymph nodes were neg as well. I had a lumpectomy/taxotere/cytoxan/radiation. I now have a "recurrence" of Medullary in my lymph nodes, 4cm tumor involving multiple lymph nodes. Started AD/C immediately. 

I'm looking for anyone who has had medullary, or recurrence of the same. I'm told it's extremely rare to have a recurrence. 

I also have been diagnosed with the P16 gene(melanoma/pancreatic gene).
