If we don't get a pharmacological cure, how about a mechanical one?

Cool idea :-)  Where would the point of dialysis be though?    Also, chronic inflammation could accelerate cancer growth too.   So they need to prove that not only mechanical means would be prolong life for the patient but also doesn't have harmful side effects on cancer.

But i like the idea.

There should have been a question mark after dialysis. The point is to capture live tumor cells from the blood via a filter and returning the filtered blood to the patient.

With the Chinese technology it seems this could be done faster and more accurately. It's more for diagnostics and monitoring, like a liquid biopsy, but can also be used to continuously remove cancer cells from circulation to reduce spread.
