When do i go to emergency?

i cant find the damn paper with the info...

feeling really sick... chest cold type flu...

low grade fever 99.7 ...

i guess it could be "normal" or it could be my lungs... 

feel so weak, head is swimming...andreally nauseous..

i know theres probably a thread out there with the answer but i just cant read that much...

Oh, you poor thing. Perhaps you could call your physician before going to the emergency room? They must have someone on call.....

You do not have your stats posted so not sure what to tell you. Generally for your symptoms call your PCP clinic or on call weekend coverage. It does not sound bad enough for an ER visit unless of course you have lung mets and breathing get worse.
