Nipples are peeling after taxol

Hi, I was diagnosed in 3/2012 with IDC er -, pr -, her2+. I had lumpectomy with no problems and I just finished 4 rounds of AC and 4 rounds of taxol and herceptin. I have not started radiation yet. My concern is that the skin on both nipples suddenly peeled off about 2 weeks after my last treatment. Has this happened to anyone else? There seems to be a very small sensitive spot on the bc side.  I had other peeling on my feet and hands and darkening and peeling of skin around my collar bone but when my nipples peeled I became concerned.  Thanks for your help.
