SEs during treatment for Recurrence?

Hi, so I've had a recurrence and am on no-adjuvant chemo (ACT) and I've have very painful neuropathies more extensivdely than thsoe that were part of my life during the time after my first dx. I'd like to ask for relief in some form from doc but would this mean lowere my dosage of ACT? If so then thats likely to impact my recovery and so I want to say No thanks.  Any ideas? Mods?
