chemotherepy and bladder infection

i just had my 2nd round of chemo. it burns so bad when i pee and my lower back feels like its having apasms. has anyone else had this symptom. also my bladder feels like its having spasms. its hurting so bad i dont wanna go to bathroom.

Call the oncall onco tonight if you can and tell them about the problem you are having.  Hope you are drinking enough fluid before and for several days after having the chemo.  It is important to keep drinking enough water/fluids (64 ounces daily).  You may also want to rinse your bottom area with a squirt bottle after you pee.  Sorry you are having a tough time but do not hesistate to call the onco anytime.  It is an onco's job to help you deal with your side effects.  Keep us posted.

Melrosemelrose is correct. Call your onc. Even on the weekend there is usually an onc on call. If you have infection it must be treated immediately.
