Hi Bill, so sorry to hear about your wife. Being a pillar of support can take its toll. Please feel free to vent. There are some very empathetic and knowledgable people who can tell you all about the side effects from chemotherapy.

sending lots of good luck and wishes your way.

Bill - I'm sorry you are here, but this website is a haven full of support.  Lots of women with chemo experience.  If you want to, you might post the diagnosis and the type of chemo.  There are also other husbands that I hope will soon see your post and provide personal support from that perspective.  Lots of good wishes to you and your wife.

Hi Bill, welcome.  I think you've made a smart move coming here for support and knowledge.  And maybe at some point your wife might join us.  Until then, there are all kinds of topics on these boards.  It may take you a bit to find your way here but seems you've started off at exactly the right place.  May your dear wife's side effects be minimal and managable.  I am not a caregiver, my husband was and I think that is what bothered me the most was that he was alone in this.  Everyone always asked about me...........I worried about him.  Gentle hugs to you.
