Exercise after revision surgery?

How long did you all have to wait to exercise after bilateral revision surgery. I'm having nipples done but will have to cut into incisions to remove fat that didn't take and died, leaving lumps in breasts.

    Peggy, on July 31st, I had scar revision and my nipples worked on.  I was told no high impact and no jumping or spin classes or running.  I'm allowed walk, do a little pilates and yoga, can cycle on a recumbent bike at the gym and keep off my stomach - breast.  Truthfully, I've walked and stayed on my diet and mostly have chilled. I've still got pain 6 days out.  I see my PS on August 12th and he will let me know then when I can really return to working out.  All my best to you for your revision and hope you get the results you desire.
