Ann Fonfa's current protocol~
Ann Fonfa, of Annie Applessed project, who has been cancer free for 20 years after taking Wong's herbs has shared her current protocol with me...
Ann's protocol..."I take Usana multi-vitamin HealthPak100 which turned out to really help resolve a lifelong constipation issue. My next door neighbor separately reported that she was taking the same thing and it had helped her Meuneres disease (spelled all wrong - balance issue). I also take garlic tabs and eat raw garlic or juice it daily. I take milk thistle one month each quarter to cleanse the liver. I do coffee enemas daily, and try to juice organic veggies plus green apple most days. I am currently taking alpha lipoic acid, gingko biloba, CoQ10 (400 mgs), magnesium, vit D, D&K, a green drink, brewer's yeast, ip6 (rice bran), chlorella, B6, B12, vit C, potassium salts added to juice, juice plus green/red, 50 mg niacin, berry complex and B complex, 95% vegan, occasional non-fat plain yogurt over potato. Rarely a free-range/cage free egg. Never meat, or fowl, very rare - wild salmon."

She also mentioned she does the Iodine Protocol. FYI, she had ILC breast cancer that had spread to distant lymph nodes, so was technically stage 4.

Thanks Joellee,
I'm glad to hear Ann Fonfa's protocol. We have many things in common in terms of supplements. Tho I eat meat, free range eggs and fish. I wish I could get wild game.
I believe she had a chest wall recurrence many years ago and licked it with Dr. Wong's herbs. She speaks all around the country--and looks at least 15 years younger than she is. If she comes near your community, please report back.
Joellee, thanks for tracking down long term survivors! That's a brilliant idea.

Thank you Joellee for taking the time to share this with us. I too share many of the same supplements, juicing and such...this is encouraging to read. Where would I find more info on the Iodine Protocol...I've not read much on this, but am interested.

Natty, Yes, she did have the chest wall recurrance and then Wong cured it and has put her in the long remission..
Natty, do you juice and do enemas? I also follow the same protocol she is doing, but I take R-ALA instaed of ALA...also, I was taking IP6 Gold, but Wong said not necessary so i quit but I hear such great things. I did read, though, that it can deplete essential minerals in the body like magnesium?
@hope...There is a wonderful website called breastcancerchoices.org, also the yahoo group 'iodinegroup'.there is also a great Facebook group called Iodine group run by lynn farrow...

Joellelee...thank you so much for the websites, excited to gather more info!!
