Starting Chemo. Is this correct.

I have TNBC. 1 node affected. Stage 2. Grade 3. They are going to do Infusion TC, +/-.Herceptin.

Is this standard? I will be doing this for 6 sessions every 21 days apart then 7 weeks of Radiation.

Hi Patty!  I'm not a doctor, but I'm triple negative, stage 2, grade 3 too, I'm doing dose dense ac for 4 cycles and then taxol for  4 cycles.  Followed by surgery and then radiation.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and answer.  Just wanted to let you know you aren't alone.  :-)

Patti777, I also have TNBC stage 2a, grade 3 chemo treatment AC 4 doses, Taxol 4 doses every 2 weeks. Radiation 6 weeks.

I'm no expert but I thought herceptin was only for her2+

Herceptin is only used is you are her2+.  I'd double-check with the onc.

Looks like I could of misread the paper. Looks lie the drugs he is using is Taxotere and and Lexicomp. Does that make sense

Lexicomp is a drug software company, maybe that is part of the printout?  Taxotere is usually combined with Cytoxan or Carboplatin.
