Migraines after Taxol??

Hi,

I'm new to this discussion but have been finding many helpful tips here. I started chemo with dd AC in May, and I am now on to dd Taxol every 2 weeks. I get treatment on Thursday, feel great on Thursday and Friday, then the crash comes with a vengeance on Saturday. After the first treatment I just had sudden extreme fatigue and had to rest all day. The last time was a nightmare. I woke up early Sat morning with an excruciating headache. Then the vomiting started from the pain. I couldn't lie flat and it killed me to bend over to be sick. I am getting IV Decadron and Benadryl pre-infusion. Did anyone else experience this? Did you find a solution? I can't go through this two more times, and I'm pretty tough.
