Which stage my mom is?

My mom is 70 yo. She just had mastectomy sugery. She was told need chemotherapy.  Her ER 83%, PR 12% Ki-67 34%, HER-2/neu 1+.  1 of 3 lymph nodes shows extranodal spread. But so far we still don't know which stage she is in. Any body can help me? Her health condition is poor even before sugery I am afraid she will be crashed by chemotherapy.
