Update: Complicated Cyst Found after Dbl Mast and Recon

I requested my breast ultrasound report and it turns out that they found two 7mm complicated cysts. The report also states --- 'In comparison to last years report, there are multiple small hypoechoic nodules which have become smaller and fewer, likely fat necrosis.  Also some benign-appearing anechoic fluid spaces adjacent to the implant capsule with a surrounding uniform wall, with appearance of benign complicated cyst or peri-implant infusions.'

The two 7mm complicated cysts are located in the lower-inner region of the left breast.  That's where my implant sits on doesn't it?  During my TE's, I've had alloderm put in.  But when it was exchanged with silicone implant, he added Strattice.  I was getting a reaction from it and my implant was taken out along with the alloderm/strattice and a new implant was replaced.  I also did fat grafting to help with low spots.

Are complicated cysts common?  What is the next best thing to do?  Wait 6 months as suggested or have a needle aspiration done.  I can't remove it since it's underneath the implant.  Going to speak with my breast surgeon tomorrow.
