Botched liposuction as a result of fat grafting to breasts?
I had fat grafting in May to cover rippling of my implants. I’m on the thinner side, so PS took fat from abdomen, saddlebags and muffin top. Coverage of ripples looks great, but it seems I’ve traded one problem for another. The fat removal on my belly is uneven and I have peaks and valleys of fat on my stomach and I have a divot on one side of my muffin top. It’s been almost three months and I know that it can take time to heal and see full results, but PS did say it looked like soft fat tissue (not hematoma). I’m so distressed over this as I wanted to feel better about the way I look, and now I just feel worse than before I started. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this experience? I also wonder if insurance would pay for a revision given it was a complication of breast reconstruction, even if I don’t have more work done to breasts (yeah right), and I wondering of anyone is aware of any liposuction revision specialists in the Midwest, or in Houston, Texas? Thanks!

I just had this happening to me too. Searching the forums I found this old post and I thought of "reviving it" instead of creating a new one.

I keep seeing commercials for cool sculpting, I am not sure how it works, no surgery.
Also I remember wearing the garment is so important.

I've asked about cool sculpting and that won't work unfortunately. Tummy tuck is what will fix it. They have to cut out the irregular contouring. I'm just wondering how insurance works in a situaiton like that.

It doesn't. It's still considered cosmetic. I personally don't care about tummy tucks, sculpting or anything, just to not be deformed. For a year and a half I managed to lose weight slowly enough, combined with cream treatments and local exercise so i wouldn't get hanging skin. Then... this.

I have the same problem; my PS was using fat grafting to rejuvenate my radiated 3years ago pectoral muscle and skin before placing TEs. She suppose to remove some more fat from abdomen/flanks to "flatten" my stomach and enhance waist, which was an additional procedure I had to partially pay for... It's been almost 4 months and my stomach looks very uneven, looks like I have 3 layers horizontal layers and bumps;
