ACTH and No Cardiac Issues?

Hi.  I've read that dose dense ACTH lowers the risk of cardiac issues to a very small percentage:1%.  At the same time, I've seen a good number of people post about developing cardiac issues after going through the ACTH chemo regimen.  To put it all in perspective, can those of you who have gone through ACTH and not experienced any heart damage or did experience something (eg. lowered LVEF) that has since been resolved (where your heart is back to normal), please let me know?  I'd love to hear about it.  Thanks!
