When will my eyebrows/eyelashes come back?

Hi! I just finished with chemo on june 18, 2013, i started to lose my eyelashes and eyebrows by the end of my treatment. I already have a few eyebrows, and my eyelashes a very very short. How long do i have to wait for my eyelashes to be normal again?

    I had my last chemo in 11/2012. I also lost most of my eyebrows and lashes towards the end of treatment. It took about 8 weeks for them to start growing and it has only been in the last month that everything is getting thicker. I don't know if being on Tamoxifen slowed the growth. My oncologist suggested prenatal vitamins.
