Seeking counsel re very large breasts

Hi

I may be joining this group soon and would appreicate the counsel about no recon when you initially had very very large breasts.  Like 44 DDDs or thereabouts.  Alternatively, advice from with experience being plus-sized would be helpful.  I am too new at this to evne know the questions (still waiting for confirmation about what this 2nd time around actually is).
