Tamoxifen and side effects

Same problem. I found a natural med by Hyland in the local pharmacy. It is specifically for leg cramps. Put it under your tongue at first sign of the cramps and within about 15 minutes the cramps are gone and I can sleep through the rest of the night.  Tonic water did not work for me.

I have had leg cramps with TAmoxifen , I starting taking a magnesium supplement 250mg a day and they are gone, if i forget to take it they come back.

Hi Girl Friends,

I started Tomoxifin 2.5 years ago.  Very scarred after reading all possible side effects.  BC at age 52 or so now 56ish.  Feel young, still have reg periods each mo but very heavy.  Hair is long and healthy though I keep away from heat and chemicals - Natural Blond straight and naturally thin no curl.  Was worried of hair loss.  Do not really see actual loss.  

I am taking a two or three week break from Tomifin, as I now have lost sex drive mainly do to pain now during sex, though my magic wand still helps me orgasm and fall asleep.  Lately and especially now off Tomoxifin for two weeks I have hot flashes and can not sleep.  

My GYN prescribed a suppository - new med 100 bucks a mo. but will help with keeping my girl harbor young without putting me at risk.   I am going to give it a try.

I take very small .5 anti depressant - keeps me happy, positive and sane though any more makes me forget what card I just laid down in cards any less makes me a bitch with my semi-tolerant hubby.  

Love him married 30 years.  Feel my skin and weight are taking a toll with pre menopause and hot flashes though I am only say 10 pounds over weight - 5-8 - 135 lbs.

PS - I grew up with my bedroom facing a Lemon Orchard Acres of mountains of lemon orchards in Goleta, CA.  My sisters girlfriends did also. All of girls got BC around 50.  Regular spraying for pesticides on orchard.
