Follow-up tests

Doeas any of you have a PET CT Scan as a follow up test yearly for the first 5 years?

Is it too much?

    I've recently been diagnosed with a second primary TNBC tumor (within 5 years) and have undergone 2 mastectomies. I asked my oncologist this same question. He said that there is no regular scan schedule unless I complain about specific symptoms. I've lost over 10% of my body weight in the last 6 months and have night sweats. I am scheduled for a CT scan tomorrow. If I lacked symptoms then he would have ordered the scan.I hope this helps. Good luck.
