electrolyte/metabolic issue & changed nodular density location

I didn't see anyone post about electrolyte/metabolic problems. I have too much acid, alk. phos, calcium, albumin and always elevated WBC. Has anyone on the 6 month watch been told that there 11mm nodular density is 4-5cm different from there last sonogram? Do you think the change was because 2 different places did my images?
