Insurance won't pay for leg circulation device

How do I handle this? I had revision surgery in May, I have met my out of pocket deductible some time ago. Well I just got an email from my insurance saying that I owe for the use of leg circulation devices because they are out of network. Well they paid for everything else, the Dr., the surgery center, all medications. How does this happen? I have paid out so much money and I'm not even finished with my reconstruction. Any ideas?

    Work with the insurance specialist at your Doctors office. Maybe something got coded wrong. Regardless you should have been advised upfront by the Doctors office if something would not be covered.
