Yerba-Mate tea

Hi, I wonder if anyone knows anything about yerba mate tea. I started drinking it because I read that it was very high in antioxidants and I like the taste a lot. I mix it with some unsweetened coconut milk and cinnamon. Any information or personal experience with it would be great.
