    I became horriably fatigue (then depressed and anxiety) months before diagnoses of little mass. Can one little spot cause that?

    Absolutely, it's your body's way of fighting. Before my diagnosis I was having acupuncture because I just didn't "feel right" and couldn't put my finger on why I felt so "off"
