I am so confused . I have already had a complete hysterectomy due to the fact I had uterine cancer. My mom passed from Lymphoma at 47 . My sister from breast cancer My 2 first cousins on both mothers side and fathers have had breast cancer. The test reveals that I have an 84% chance of Breast Cancer . I'm reading about DM and types of implants etc. Has any been through this

    Donnalea - my heart goes out to you! I am BRCA1+. It definitely sends your mind on a whirlwind, doesn't it? On a good note, you have already had a hysterectomy - that alone lowers your estrogen levels. If you have not already done so, please check out facingourrisk.org - it has very good info for us BRCA + gals.
