Very high cortisol

I had stage 2b breast cancer in July 2011... then double mastectomy, chemo, Tomoxifen.  Adjusted really well... here we are in June 2013.  Strange things were afoot ... cortisol in March was 518nmol (normal range (119-618nmol).  lymphocytes were already shabby at 1.48 (I'm already immune deficient).  Repeat morning cortisol results last week showed 710nmol...around 200nmol over the top end of the normal range and fitting the kind of levels seen in Cushings.  I know these kind of levels are not good for immunity, they suppress it on all levels.  Anyone else had these kind of Cortisol levels and did all work out ok, or not?  Did you find ways to lower the levels?  Thank you for any feedback.
