Final dx and treatment for stage Ia/Ib

    Good morning fellow warriors

    Yesterday my docs tell about the final dx now that they got all the reports.

    It seems they found a 0, 7x0, 5mm lump and a micromet in the santinel node. I decided to get a mx.

    Now the current plan is getting hormonal teraphy (letrozole) for 5 years (as i did with tamoxifen with my previous tumor in the other breast). They said no chemo no rads this time.Would like to know your views onmy treatment. I was convinced they would tell me to have chemo (because of being a second time with this) but seems i won't. Don't really know if i should be happy or not : S

    I guess my only suggestion would be to ask about the oncotype test. As you can see I was 1a, but did do chemo because of my Oncotype score. The plan was just to move to raqds and hormonal therapy till the score came back in the gray area.

    Listen sweetie, I would get a 2nd opinion cause I can,t understand why no chemo, or rads, just my suggestion.  I am a 19 yr Survivor(Praise GOD), and we are in my prayers daily.  msphil( idc, stage2, 0/3 nodes, L mast, chemo and rads and 5 yrs on Tamoxifen)
