Hi again

I cannot help worrying about my second diagnosis i got last may. Next wednesday they will tell me what treatment i will follow after the surgery but i just cannot wait till then! I would appreciate your help.

I was found a new lump in my other breast. Its about 8mm and ER+PR+ HER+.One micromet in my sentinal node.

. Do you think i will be given chemo again because of being HER+? I'm so frightened to go through it all again

evergreen - yes, you will likely have chemo.  Even without the micromet in one node, the 8mm and her2 positive means chemo ( i believe the cutoff is 5mm and even then many women have chemo).  You will either get TCH or ACT-H depending on what you had before - if you had an anthracycline before (the A) then you may be recommeded the TCH regime

sorry you are going through this again
