Calcifications; is MRI effective?

I had BC in 2009.  When I had latest mammo, they found calcifications by my (lumpectomy) scar.  Since they had not been there last year, they wanted to do a biopsy.  I went to the dr. in between and she scheduled an MRI.  The MRI came back saying that it was benign.  I had the biopsy yesterday.  They (MRI) knew I had calcifications.  They can't know until the biopsy comes back, right?  I can't jump up and down yet, can I?

Not till it is back, but sounding good. Also good the MRI didn't see anything else.
