Sex, intimacy, and Tamoxifen???

Hi, I am new to this discussion forum and I am somewhat embarrassed to post on this matter. Please bear with me! My wife of 23 years was diagnosed with early stage BC a little more than two years ago, subsequently had a mastectomy and has been taking Tamoxifen since. We used to enjoy a healthy sexual life before her surgery. I am cognizant of the side effects and the decrease in sexual desire my wife may experience from the use of Tamoxifen. I LOVE my wife and just recently, I have a strong desire to experience oral sex with her. Again, please forgive me. I understand that her health is paramount and would never place sex above her health, nor do I want to offend others on this forum who may have more important issues regarding BC. I am blessed that we have sex. Would anyone have any experience with  oral sex while taking Tamoxifen? Again, if I offend anyone, please forgive me. Any constructive replies are deeply appreciated.

sRob have you talked with your wife about your feelings? It is so important to have open communication between the two of you. You both have been dealing with changes within you relationship, physical, emotional and such. Please talk with her and she how she is feeling on the subject.
