Mom taking everolimus and having fever

Hello,

My mom was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer last October. She's now taking Everolimus + Aromasin and apparently the treatment is working. However she's had a persistent low-grade fever for the last 2 weeks. I'm extremly worried that she might have an infection (given that the drug is an inmunosupresant) but the doctors have not been able to find an infection. Do any of you have a loved one taking this medication and having persistent low-grade fever? Could this be a side effect of the medication? Thanks for whatever you can tell me..
