My sister's ashes

My sister, kara, I have her ashes in a cedar box and I don't know what to do with them. I am going to give them to my mom. My mom would really like to have them so i am giving them to her and I am keeping some for myself. I never asked my sister what she would like me to do with her ashes. I just couldn't ask her and if she wanted to talk about it I would not have allowed her because if I did that would mean she was going to die and I couldn't process in my mind that she was dying or going to die. I thought she would be sick forever but not die. She loved Gardenia flowers so I might plant a gardenia bush with some of her ashes. Oh how I miss her so so much.
