Protein powder

I am looking for a good protein powder and I am hoping someone can direct me in the right direction. I am starting to work out again and I need one with out all of the added extras. kwim. I was originally diagnosed as ER+, but after they biopsied the tumor, they said it was just barely positive and that depending on the machine, it could go either way. So I want to ere on the side of caution. So, can someone point me in the right direction? TIA!
