finding a new gynecologist

Can anyone recommend a gyn at NYU who deals with BC patients?  My current gyn is not associated with the medical center where I was treated.  I want someone who will be on top of breast cancer and all the screening going forward.

    Hi 40wDCIS,

    Have you asked your treatment team for recommendations of gyn's affiliated with NYU, whom they would recommend? I'm sure that gyn's routinely refer to surgeons at NYU.  I hope you will be followed for the screening for at least the next 5 years at NYU proper, so you won't even have to worry whether the gyn is on top of it, but if you can have a more savvy gyn, all the better.  I can ask around.  I have at least one friend who was treated at NYU for bc, and see if they have any recommendations.     I would like to know too. I was treated at nyu and was referred to a gyn there. I went to see her for my annual, right after that, she switch to mount Sinai. I just my team all in one place if possible
