7 years out from Stage 2, Grade 3 found lump

HER2+, bilateral, radiation, DIEP flap, and implants..just found lump in original breast not on scar..still possible??  I'm sitting here in a panic..probably should wait and write until I call my new oncologist in the am or until I at least see her, but I can't help myself.  My friends, though I love them dearly, don't get it.  The lump is round and prominate, unlike that of my original that felt like a mass.  I was 36 at diag. now 44.  On Aromasin, after full hysterectomy in 2010.  Can this happen with no original breast tissue?  Thank you in advance for your advice/comments...
