Amoena 129 compared to 149

I decided to order a new swim form and found out that the Amoena 129 has been discontinued. So, looking at the info it seems that the 149 is the "replacement". I ordered it in the same size as my 129 (which is a 3) and it seems significantly smaller than the 129. Does anyone know it the 149 size 4 is the same as the 129 size 3?
