Liver Enzymes Elevated - Scared

Hi, I've been feeling pretty awful the past several months.  I thought it was the Tamoxifen so decided to take a break (two months ago).  Didn't feel any better and have progressively felt worse (muscle aches, stiff joints, dizziness, trouble swallowing, glands in neck feel swollen, loss of appetite and just overall tiredness and lethargy as well as the ongoing hot flashes every hour or two).  My primary Dr decided to run some tests (CBC, Hepatitis, Mono, CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel) and Serum Immunofixation (I think this is for Rheumatoid Arthritis).  Negative for Hepatitis and Mono, CBC normal, and the bad news, elevated liver enzymes.  The Dr. is having me get additional liver tests (hepatic panel) and a liver ultrasound.

Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is metatisis to the liver.  I'm about 20 months out from BMX and have been on Tamoxifen for about 500 days....I'm obviously freaking out and so is my husband.  He knows I've been feeling horrible and has suspected the worse.

Can anyone relate to the symptoms I've been having and now the elevated liver enzymes?
