Will the boob potholes dissipate?

Options

i'm surprised how well I'm healing up, but there are two round potholes where the breasts were removed that have an obviously leaner fat layer on them.

Will the fat from the surround area fill in the indentations?  If so, how long will that take?  I can feel the ridge where the breast tissue was cut out and the remaining fat left

Also, I'm reading online that back fat may migrate around to the front.  really???

I remember something similar. It looked like my breasts were unplugged & sockets remained. It smoothed out on it's own. No fat or muscle came to the rescue in my case. Glad to hear you're healing quickly.

Well, I have the same concave look to my chest with a hump in the middle where the sternum is.  Still waiting for it to change after 3 yrs...........guess it not going to.Smile

I have the concave look going on too, 3 years now. My skin is still painfully thin over my ribs and then i feel theedge of my breast all around. And it frustrates me because so many forms are made also concave...my silicon ones can make "passing gas" sounds on hot days :-)

So I choose to be flat most of the time. Better than rude noises...
