Open the terminus / another route ?

Ok Ladies,

I am getting impatient with this mystery rash that will not allow m to do MLD.  How long can this go on before my arm and hand get really out of control ? (its rhetorical)  -but this questions is not :

Is there some ' alternate route' I can take with MLD and avoid the neck/chest area?
I have to bypass this rash.
