Okay, the run down:

BRCA1+ PMB

Prophylactic Ophorectomy

Diagnosed with BC 2.5 years after my PMB. I had found a lump in my arm pit. Diagnosis? Metastatic Breast Cancer with no primary tumor. That one still confuses me.

I received Taxol, Epirubicin and Cytoxan and then  29 rads.

About 6 months ago, I felt a lump in my groin. MRI results were "negative" -- nothing to worry about they said. It is still there, and not smaller.

Around 4 weeks ago, I felt short of breath, but not sick. I still feel that way, and when I inhale deeply, it feels "heavy" and uncomfortable. Not terribly worse, but VERY present.

3 days ago I felt a lump, just left of center, just below my neck. And then yesterday on the bottom part of my jaw.

I see the oncologist for my 6 month on June 3rd. But now, I am freaking out.

Any thoughts? And, for goodness sake, is there ANY one else that is BRCA1+ that was diagnosed AFTER prophlactic surgeries? I feel like the odd woman out Kiss
