"Radiation Recall" after brachytherapy (during chemo)

Hi All,

I had Mammosite brachytherapy (interstitial needle-catheter brachytherapy) which is being followed by chemo. After my first chemo, my breast turned a little pink like a sunburn. After my second chemo, my breast blistered & bled a small amount. My RO gave me "Silvadine", a sulfa/silver cream with antimicrobial properties. It is improving quite a bit and is almost healed.

Tomorrow I have my third chemo... can I expect the radiation recall to get worse each time? I'm curious about others' experiences -- especially by those who had brachytherapy.
