pain a year out after double mastectomy

Has any one experienced pain in their breasts under the implants? It feels like it did when I had cysts and fybroids before the bmx. My mammogram was last month and it was fine. I do have some trunkle lymphadema in the breast cancer side, but have pain in the other side as well. Also have some rib pain near the sternum on the BC side.

    I have BMX (couldn't do recon due to surgeon screw up) but I also have the tightness and discomfort.  Sometimes more than other but it is most likely scar tissue giving you the problem.
