excess fluid around the heart

Hi there!
I just finished 4 x AC followed by 12 weekly Taxol treatments. I was just waiting to start a Radiation and take part in a clinical trial having Cisplatin currently with Radiation. After my mapping sesssion my Radiation Oncologist noticed on the scan more fluid than usual around my heart. I went for an echo and the was significantly more fluid than there was before I started treatment..I had an echo before treatment. I have to see a cardiologist and have the fluid drained and tested.
Has anyone else had this issue?
