Very interesting. There was also a Swedish study saying hundreds of genes, not just immune genes, changed expression with exercise.

Yoga got me through some tough times during cancer treatments. I really used to make fun of yoga, but now that I started it because I couldn't even raise my arm after the mastectomy I am addicted! I am sure that it does something to our immune system as my chemo wasn't as horrible as some of the people I have met along this journey. Thanks for the information! It solidifies my feelings on yoga!
