Comedo necrosis

A dx of DCIS 0 low grade, solid type with comedo necrosis and microcalcifications....

How do I interpreted solid type with comedo necrosis? I thought comedo necrosis was a type in itself. Ive also noticed comedo necrosis seems to indicate something more aggressive happening and is usually in high grade dcis. But my dcis is low grade.

My dcis was found due to tiny microcalcifications so that I understand but sounds like comedo necrosis is just another word for calcification when you read description.

I also had DCIS diagnosis with comedonecrosis, but also with a high nuclear grade, solid cribiform and papilary patters. Aso Mococele like lesions... I have no idea what that means. I do know high grade is more aggessive and so is the term comedo. I'm very concerned. My wire biopsy is Wednesday, and I have 2 bad spots, burt he second spot only show hyperplasia cells, so we are testing the tissue inbetween.
