Tumor regression not after ac but after taxol

Hi,

Finished 4 intense rounds of AC (once every two weeks) my onc said there is tumor regression but I am not sure I feel a difference.. Now started Taxol. Had my first round yesterday (allergic reaction but continued after more benadryl) and am supposed to get 3 more rounds.. Anyone had a comlplete path response from Taxol? I am really worried on this matter since I am trip neg....

Hi hun, chemo is so hard for us but my fingers are crossed you get good results. I had Five rounds of FEC and one of Taxol and got a complete response. I see you had surgery first, i had chemo first then Lumpectomy with all nodes removed.

Hey Alison,

I only had sentinel node dissection but the actual surgery will be after chemo.

Netali,  I am also trip neg and I did Taxol then AC.  They did ultrasounds of the tumor during my 5 months of chemo and the taxol shrunk it to nothing. I did still go on to do 4 rounds of AC.  At surgery I had a path complete response.  I hope the same for you.
