Seaweed

Options

Dear all, I found this link on BCO.  It's about seaweed and very interesting.  I eat dried seaweed every day for a snack (nori brand) and it's good; fills my need for salty chips, and an entire package is (depending on size) only 35 or 50 calories.  Comes in wasabi, brown sugar/salt, sesame and other flavors.  I find these at my natural foods grocery and in the natural section of my regular grocery store.

This site didn't mention that alternative, so I thought I'd share.
