i'm kinda shocked there is a whole section here for Second or Third Breast Cancer.  Life is so unfair, eh?  just got the news today that it's back... mucinous carcinoma, same side/site as two years ago.  i will see the onc surgeon next week and was seriously considering a masectomy.  but reading the threads about reoccurance even WITH masectomies, i dunno what to do now.  geez, this is no fun, eh?

    I think mucinous is one of the least aggressive so you may need a second or third opinion with someone who REALLY specialises in mucinous carcinoma!  Not trying to belittle your experience but mucinous is one of the "better" breast cancers to have

    Yeah, pretty crappy place to be, but here anyway. Check out the mucinous thread under Less Common types category. You can pose questions there and get a good response. It might help you form good questions for your doc.
