Pain and its scaring me.

So my bone mets on my 3rd posterior rib has not been officially dx yet. As some of you know a spot was seen by "accident" back in Dec. when I was in hospital for 2 weeks. CT showed the pneumonia in both lungs but also a spot on the rib(very small). 2 weeks later 2nd CT was done and appears the "spot" was a bit smaller. MO can only conclude that it had to be mets because it was shrinking indicating the chemo was working as he had no other explaination for this. He sent me to a bone scan and nothing even showed up. then it was decided that the area was too small to get a biopsy and because I was already scheuled for another CT and first tumor markers because it was my 3rd month post chemo. I was coming up about month and half . So on the 20th of March had the CT again. So the spot has not grown my oncol said. so its still wait and see. Last week i woke up with my back hurting. But not on my back just between the spine and shoulder blade on the area where the possible bone met is.Or I think, because I went Googling yes sirrie I did. But can't find one good picture of where EXACTLY this 3rd posterior rib is. Non of the pics I saw were clear.At first my onco said its high up almost to the neck, please any nurses or doctors here that could explain it to me? Anyways up til last monday I had no pain,and pleas remember I had had a CT 3 weeks before this that showed no progression.I have been sleeping kinked up and mainly on the couch, I either lean on my left arm whick may twist or wrench my muscle on the right, or I'll ly with my right arm over my head. So I don't know if its the way I was sleeping. The pain is not getiing worst and is feeling a bit better every day but it still hurts. Could this be bone mets? Would it hurt 3 weeks after a good ct? Sorry but I am just so worried, because of where the pulled muscle and soreness is  where I believe this spot is located. I'm just so scared..Thanks...Brenda
