Does having a new primary in other breast shorten one's lifespan?

    Not necessarily no, its "just" another primary........its secondaries that are more life threatening

    My second one is 7mm, stage 1, grade 2 with LVI present, clear nodes.....the first was 1 cm, grade 1 stage 1, no LVI.....general surgeon almost toe-tagged me, while breast surgeon didn't really say much. See oncologist on 23rd, but the LVI business scares me. Don't know if I will need chemo or not because of LVI........on tamoxifen.
